Smart Home Systems Warranty Policy
Smarta provides smart home products and solutions built to global quality standards, with a reliable warranty ensuring our customers a stable and secure user experience.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period ranges from 2 to 10 years depending on the product type, as specified in the warranty certificate.
Warranty Coverage:
Manufacturing defects or technical installation errors made by Smarta’s team.
Warranty does not cover the following:
Damages resulting from misuse.
Customer disassembling or modifying devices without referring to the company.
Improper use not in accordance with the operating manual.
Maintenance Request or Fault Reporting Procedures
Fill out the maintenance request form and attach the warranty certificate.
The request will be processed within 3 to 5 working days from the date of submission.
The fault will be handled within 3 to 5 working days (and in emergency cases, within a maximum of 5 hours).
Repair or Replacement
The fault is inspected at the project site by the authorized maintenance team.
If the fault is due to a manufacturing defect or installation error, Smarta will cover all costs (visit, spare parts, and replacement if necessary).
If the fault is found to be due to misuse, the customer will bear the cost of (service visit + spare parts or replacement).
